This is a sound healing for our root chakra. I used singing bowls in the key of C, and added layers of Tanpura, Handpan, Didjeredoo, Native American Flute, Angelic Lemurian healing Vocals, and dolphin sounds. Recorded in my home studio, in Hawaii, the land of magic. Lay, or sit comfortably and visualize a cool bright red color emanating from your root chakra. With your breathe keep emanating and growing roots down into the Earth, and with your breathe, bring the clean energy back into you in a synergistic flow, in and out. We are always striving to be in harmony with nature. Allow the energy to clean and clear as the sounds penetrate and transmute old energy into new fresh frequencies. Enjoy!
